Common Questions

Do I have to be a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormon) to benefit from your programs?

Not at all. While many of our members come from LDS or other high-demand religious backgrounds, our programs are designed for anyone who built their identity around faith-based or culture-based relationship rules and is now navigating a different path.

What if I'm not sure I'm ready to date again?

That's completely okay — and actually a great place to start. Many of our most valuable resources are about rebuilding your relationship with yourself first. You don't have to be 'ready' to begin.

Are your programs for men too, or just women?

Both! While many of our testimonials come from women, our programs are designed for all mid-life singles navigating faith transitions and divorce.

How is this different from dating coaches?

We specifically serve people from faith backgrounds who are navigating the unique intersection of religious identity, divorce, and mid-life dating. We understand the shame, the community loss, and the specific challenges in a way that generic dating coaches or relationship therapists simply don't.

So is this for former or inactive Mormons?

Absolutely not! We have a deep respect for LDS values, teachings, and the role faith plays in your life — questions about doctrine are for you and your church leaders, not us. What we focus on is the unique relational landscape that comes with living in the culture: navigating dating timelines, understanding boundaries, managing family expectations, and building emotional intimacy in ways that honor your values — things most mainstream relationship advice just doesn't address. We also recognize that LDS culture and LDS doctrine aren't always the same thing, and that some of the expectations people carry into relationships are culturally inherited rather than doctrinally required. We're sensitive to that difference, and we help people sort through it thoughtfully, on their own terms.
